SiClarity presented at the Lithography Workshop in November 2024 in Rancho Bernardo, CA. SiClarity reviewed alternatives to traditional standard cell routing and provided data on traditional vs co-optimized placement for 216 transistors showing a 20% improvement over traditional routing. SiClarity is expanding on this work with customers using custom netlists.
